Service in focus.
Highlights from our chapter’s public-facing work, national service and commitment to community wellness.
Moving together for healthier communities
The 31st Annual Walk for Healthy Living invited members, families, friends and community neighbors to move together. The national initiative encouraged collective participation toward an 80-million-step goal in recognition of The Links, Incorporated’s approaching 80th anniversary.
The September event has passed, but its message continues: everyday movement and supportive community connections are part of a lasting commitment to wellness.
A legacy shared across generations
Intergenerational connection brings experience and fresh perspectives into conversation. The chapter’s September newsletter highlighted the Southern Area’s emphasis on preserving history, exchanging ideas and encouraging the next generation.
That spirit is reflected in our educational and cultural work: creating opportunities for young people while honoring the knowledge and service of those who came before.
Celebrating our members’
national service.
