Our goal with this new community initiative is to promote kidney health and prevention of chronic kidney disease (CKD). 37 million adults in the U.S. have kidney disease, but most of them don’t know it.
Diabetes and high blood pressure are the two leading causes of kidney disease.

Preventing CKD and its complications is possible.
